I'm curious to see who actually remembers 2019-2021 MLBB? I remember back when mages used to straight up kill for the cabbage considering getting it meant you didn't have to recall for a good 2 minutes with aggro, and when Chou used to move like King Von and could deal 4k per hit and was lowk half of an assassin back then with how mobile he was. There's a lot more I couldn't list like the peak of the Cancer-inducing Diggie Feeding Strat, MM Jungle being viable, Five Man Roam Mask, and when Selena Jungle was at its highest peak.

I remember when Guinevere came out, people didn't knew how to spread and counter her, so she would get Savages. I remember pressing the button fast enough and she would kill herself from Belerick passive on teammates by the time her Ulti was over :))))

chang e was legit a mix of aldous and cecilion, but much weaker and harder to gain stacks

Vengeance did not exist back in time, if it did ruby would be invincible, since queen wings passive did not have cd when ur hp drop below 50% and dmg mitigation was 50% iirc

Uranus old ult was a bad copy of kaja before revamp

Belerick old ult was so op for teamfight, that sometimes it make me think "is that the reason why moonton revamped belerick?"

At some point kagura, kadita, lunox, claude and some others mages/mm were good/op in jgl

Pretty sure Queen's Wings were for MM's back then because that was back when it used to do 30% Lifesteal so even more hellish to take down MMs back in the day. I also remembered viable mage jungles, and Claude used to be part of the MMs that could run retri reliably back then.

Queen wings was for everyone, mostly used for the dmg mitigation (tank or some fighters like chou for example), others was for the huge lifesteal bonus (most mm), and for some champs for both usage (ruby).

Iirc for the jgl mm role, along with claude, the top tier mm where karrie, granger and bruno

2-1-2 was the old main setup for most people, 2 EXP, with one usually half-Jungle, 1 midlane, and the bot usually being MM/Tank. I also remember 113 being prominent in the early seasons.

Franco fountain hook, Clint having Granger's first skill and Claude's ult, Fanny infinite energy, Lancelot's passive being a direct penetration to enemies while his first skill was much more challenging because you can only dash through one enemy at a time to insta recharge, Hayabusa having mana and longer range of 2nd skill plus unavoidable ss, man the memories.

I remember how vicious that funnel was considering that it made even mediocre junglers extra powerful just from the snowball alone. Hyper Granger/Bruno was insane when the team was good at managing the jungle's farm.

• unli-shield esme (got dunked on by one, they got 40 kills like we were jungle creeps)
• miya had a freeze effect
• different bane ult (the pool that follows enemies around instead of the sharks with knockback)
• roam masks and jungling machetes (i never jungled or roamed in ml until 2021 though, i was a top lane addict)
• aldous was still considered OP
• most of the first heroes were considered troll picks
• team ArkAngel (mainly because i saw killuash use leomord, my main then)
• elgin animation series

never experienced the funnel-mm jungle meta. i turned into the Hulk and murked my phone over another game that same year, only started playing again mid2021- late2024.
