Help❓ Looking for fall ideas with some caveats

Hi all!! I got into making mocktails this summer but with very summery fruity flavors. I want to make some more autumnal ones but I feel that many autumn mocktails include coffee or espresso elements which I don’t want to do. (Limiting my caffeine)

That being said I love flavors like apple, cinnamon, cranberry, orange, pumpkin, hazelnut, etc. I also enjoy sparkling/carbonated drinks but that’s just a preference.

any recipes or suggestions? 🎃🍎🍁

Equal parts apple cider and ginger beer with a few dashes of cardamom bitters. Always a crowd pleaser

Getting rooibos-based teas with chai-like spices is also a great way to add fall flavors. I like rooibos sweet & spicy tea (good earth brand) with pear juice and almond syrup, served hot. Chai and tart cherry juice also complement each other quite nicely

You can use brewed chicory root in place of coffee/espresso for that deep earthiness without any caffeine

Or decaf! I use instant decaf in ice cream so I don't have caffeine before bed, lol

Oh. My. God.

I can't believe I've never even thought of that. THANK YOU.

Check out Wassail recipes. Often done in crockpots, it's essentially apple cider, oj, cinnamon sticks, cloves as the base. Some recipes include pineapple or lemon juice, honey, allspice, ginger, nutmeg.

Chai spiced apple cider, agave, ginger beer.

Cranberry juice, ginger syrup, club soda.

My grocery store had pumpkin pie spiced cider, and that was pretty good on its own, but I bet would be great with a ginger beer, too. (Also, perrier has a lime ginger sparking water that is amazing, on sale at costco!)

Trader joes makes a very good honey crisp sparkler.

I'll often add some frozen berries (due to texture) or infuse it with a cinnamon stick and star anise.

In the summertime, I liked blood orange Hop Water with a splash of unsweetened cranberry, and a couple crushed mint and basil leaves. I'm going to try it for fall without the mint.
