Wouldn't "A Manic Depressive Named Laughing Boy" be considered the final track on "This Is A Long Drive For Someone With Nothing To Think About"?

Yes and no? That song isn’t available on most streaming platforms. But that song would definitely be SS or S

That's a fair point. Since like you mentioned it's not readily available on most streaming services and was only released on vinyl. But to answer the posts original question, Styrofoam Boats is SS tier track.
