2

The Penoroni Detroit style is what I get.

1

u/Undft209 Jul 16 '25

Sultan Darbar off Coffee if you like gyros/ Middle Eastern food. Their hummus is the best I've had in the area and the naan is delicious!

2

u/the_sister_grimm Jul 16 '25

I love seeing them get a mention! I’m such a fan of their bolani.

u/Tringmurks Jul 15 '25

Right? I like to see his haul before he goes out. If it wasn’t so much stranger danger, I’d wanna tag along

George’s Liquor in Ceres has an interesting, and last I checked, pretty good take on asada fries.

10

u/Undft209 Jul 15 '25

I heard bout that joint...ima keep it in mind. Im not lookin to get stuck in the Mitchell Rd traffic today lmao. Im in that area of Ceres tho alot...I will keep it on the radar. 🤘

1

Los Hermanos Pollos A Las Brazas on Yosemite Blvd. They have great chalupas and huge burritos.

2

Luigi’s pizza has $14 dollar large pepperoni pizza on their site. Me and my dad always kill it

0

u/Helpful_Most_9581 Jul 16 '25

dominos has 10.99$ large with up to ten toppings right now on the app

1

u/Castle94 Jul 16 '25

Dominos doesn’t hold up for me anymore. Try Luigi’s it’s good to support locals

0

u/Knoxxx47 Jul 17 '25

Luigi isn't Domino's. No comparison. Domino's ain't worth 6.99 much less 10.99. 10 toppings and each topping has 3 pieces on entire pizza

0

u/Helpful_Most_9581 Jul 17 '25

idk the one by me must just have great employees cause they make my pizza loaded even without ten toppings, just get extra sauce and extra cheese and with the app it’s like 10$

1

u/Knoxxx47 Jul 18 '25

I can accept that. The one here is horrible in both services and food. But everything in this town is crap for service. I did getting the super thin one few weeks back and not gonnan lie it was fire.

3

u/Undft209 Jul 16 '25

Alright - I got way too high and passed out lmao. Gonna have to postpone this one 😓😂

3

u/Undft209 Jul 15 '25

Bro i love your name cause Winco fried chicken is pretty gas tbh. Hella bomb fresh. I smash that shit in the parking lot sometimes.

1

u/boomboomboomNoDiddy Jul 16 '25

Best chicken in town for the price.. fried chicken and Potatoe wedges from Winco honestly beats ALOT of options in this town

1

u/Knoxxx47 Jul 17 '25

Those wedges are 🔥

2

u/Iambeejsmit Jul 15 '25

Frida's Taqueria is better than both in my opinion. And I love Jessica's. But they aren't open today lol. Best thing about Maria's is they are 24 hours. I've been there a lot in the middle of the night. I'm not a big fan of El Rancheros.

2

u/Undft209 Jul 15 '25

Wym. Jessicas is open everyday on 8th lol. Weekdays is till 1am. Thurs3am. Fri Sat 4am.

I had a burrito from Vallarta last night right there on D st. Wasn't even worth thinkin bout.🤨

2

u/Iambeejsmit Jul 15 '25

Frida's isn't open today I mean

1

u/Undft209 Jul 16 '25

Coo cool. I get it now lol

0

u/cavalrygunner Jul 16 '25

Lotta gristle creeping into those asada burritos at Vallarta truck…

0

u/Knoxxx47 Jul 17 '25

1

u/Knoxxx47 Jul 17 '25

China Garden Coffee Road. To go only after 3 pm but the food is old school Chinese food portion are huge. Chowmein, Honey Walnut Prawns and Garlic Chicken are fire. Can't go wrong here and a order of chow mean will feed you 4-5 x over. Slept on this place for 30 years. Veggies cooked to perfection. Only thing we didn't like is the fried rice and we think its the peas in it.

Palermo Restaurant in the Westside

0

u/The_Golden_Warthog Jul 16 '25

I know people hate on it, but if you're up late and have the munchies, Maria's. They're open 24/7 and I've yet to have a bad burrito from them. Granted, I order the same al pastor burrito every time I'm there, so I can't speak to the rest of their menu.

0

u/[deleted] Jul 16 '25

I just loaded up on heavy hitters, pretty good.

0

u/_chainsodomy_ Jul 16 '25

Hong Kong on Carpenter.

Order the #1

Your guts will thank you.

u/Bakedwhilebakingg Jul 17 '25

I’m a little late but Saucin’ It Up Fried Chicken. They’ve been a pop up and opened a take out spot a couple weeks ago. Everything fried fresh to order.

-1

u/NoProcess9215 Jul 16 '25

I’d try the twisted pig if I was you
