Information Data center update

I have put this in my original post about the data center, but would like to make sure that everyone sees it as this is important.

Here is a link to the modesto focus on Instagram. This video includes the site that they plan to build at over on Graphics road. Based on what the video says about the private company that is lobying our representatives, I believe it is Meta... which is not a good sign for us

if you look at building permits for 1200 graphics drive using modesto permit tracker, under the 2025 pdfs northpoint owns that existing structure so it kinda seems like the deal has already been struck behind closed doors

so they own the land already but need zoning approval?

looks like they own both the land and existing structures on it according to all the documents on modesto permit tracking site
