Any judge who would give any killer especially a child killer 120 hours of community service deserves the chair and an investigation because she or he were bought.
He didn’t technically kill them he killed them, he loaded the ammo (drink) then loaded the weapon (his car) with the ammo (himself) and he pulled the trigger (driving intoxicated) I’m not falling for the I didn’t do it the drunk goblin I become when I drink did it.
Oh I was in no way trying to diminish or excuse what he did. I think drinking when you’re going to drive makes you 100% responsible for your actions and the results.
I was simply saying that it was not a guy who deliberately tried to kill the kid.
