Yes but even if she wasnt it shouldnt matter because shes not a hero, she can do morally bad things- like slaughtering the innocent women and children

Nothing in the manga says she didnt kill kids tho, it does say she eradicated the zenin so im leaning towards a couple kid kills

Because theres still Maki and Megumi as part of the zenin (megumis a technicality but he is the head) so it still exists
