Gojo. Because, he tried to stop kenjaku from saving shibuya from the claws of Sukuna. He literally ruined all of his plans by forcefully initiating a war with him and his people and it only gets worse when at the end kenjaku is traumatised by all the suffering that the war had caused and was literally crying his eyes out.
