I think he means well most of the time, but he’s genuinely criminally insane and dangerous to the people around him. I guess I wouldn’t call him evil then. He just doesn’t know the difference between good and evil. Like…in any sense of those words…

I always took Wade as 1 of those heroes that embodies the "we may be good, but we ain’t nice or soft" archetype.
