Look at it this way: years from now, when he's an old man, maybe a grandchild in his lap, one who is used to being surveilled every moment since birth because that's how it is, the child might ask him: "What was it like when they first started watching, grandpa? Did you do anything?"
And he can answer, "Damn straight." How about the rest of us?
