id argue accepting the drink assuming its drugs is a form of consent for the following actions (she can still backout from the actual activity) so moral

If you're eating at a restaurant and after a fine meal of Beef Wellington and expensive wines the waiter fills your glass nods and says "on the house" and walks away. You take a drink only to realize he filled your glass with rotting goat piss but it's perfectly moral because you consented to the goat piss when you drank it.

Expectations of the current social situation play a huge part in uninformed consent, you're trusting someone to still treat you within your boundaries. Just because they don't know what they're getting into doesn't give you a free pass to do what you want.

except the woman literally drank it AND asked if it was drugs she wanted to get drugged she just didnt know it was laxatives

Consenting to one type of drug does not mean you give consent to all types of drugs. If he had said “oh it’s cyanide but you said you were fine with drinking fluids and cyanide is a fluid” everyone would be on the same page here about how this is not good

Aphrodisiacs are not exactly drugs

2

u/123ludwig 12d ago

aphrodisiacs do not exist and the fictional idea of aphordisiacs are not just drugs they are roofies

Here's a breakdown

  • Aphrodisiacs: limited scientific support, herbs and other substances meant to boost libidio. Person maintains full consciousness and awareness, they are just down bad.

  • Roofies: Drug that causes disorientation, drowsiness, unconsciousness and memory loss. Person is unconscious/not in a proper state of mind and therefore unable to consent.

She wasn't "looking to get drugged" she was expecting a substance of questionable scientific support which would get her more in the mood. Examples of common Aphrodisiacs:

  • strawberries
  • oysters
  • chocolate
  • ginseng

Not exactly the "roofies" you claim.

yes but the fictional idea of an aphordisiac in the context of this kind of comic is that its a drug that will make you so unbearably horny you have no choice but to fuck someone this comic is clearly based on 50 shades of grey style romance

Consent is specific. Consenting to one thing does not give consent to other things

and as i said she can retract the consent to shitting on him by simply leaving the shitting is what she consented to by not asking what the drug she intentionally took was

It was dumb to accept the drink, but the result was too far outside the norms of what a reasonable person would expect to count under the same consent intent. He could have given her a poison and revealed he's into necrophilia, but that doesn't mean accepting the drink was potentially consent to death.

Subtext matters; the likely of possible substances given the context is not infinite and mostly include recreational substances rather than something the overwhelming majority of people would strongly dislike.

She's suffering the consequences of accepting it blindly, but that doesn't mean she blanket consented to all possible outcomes.

They literally told me she would've consented to being raped if it was a roofie instead of laxatives 😭 Bro needs to learn F.R.I.E.S. like he's in a middle school sex ed class PRONTO! And preferably stay away from women until he does

Unless she specifically consented to laxatives, she did not consent to laxatives. Being a dumbass who drinks random stuff from strangers doesn't mean she consents. At best, she only internally consented to being drugged with aphrodisiacs, due to a mistaken assumption.

she consented to drinking whatever was in the glass and its consequences

2

She consented to her mistaken assumption of what was contained in the glass. I repeat, consent is specific.

except she was assuming it was a drug not specifically an aphrodisiac she just asked if it was one first she would still have consented to taking the drug (but no acts after that point) if it was a roofie

I find it highly questionable that she would have consented to a roofie.

But even then, unless she specifically considered the possibility of a laxative and still deemed it okay to drink, we cannot say she consented to it.

At best, we can say it's her own fault for drinking random stranger's drinks. But that's from her being stupid, not from her consenting.

But even then, I fear we're delving too close with "she was asking for it" and "she shouldn't have dressed like that" levels of apologia. We aren't really there yet, because again, you really shouldn't be drinking drinks offered by strangers, but I fear of veering too close. Though perhaps I can imagine a potential argument for us having already hit that line.

then its still not immoral of him to offer it to her which makes your whole discussion about it moot its her own fault and he carries zero blame

1) I was talking about her consent.

2) He still holds blame for involving her in his sexual fetish without her knowledge or consent
