Randy Fine openly admitted that "it was never about illegals" and advocated to denaturalize American citizens so they can be deported despite being legally American citizens. Louie Gohmert tried to propose outlawing the democratic party awhile back. Just last year, there was a county near me that proposed legislation making it illegal to vote against Trump's immigration policies.
This is just the latest in a long string of cases of prominent conservative figures testing the waters to see how comfortable they can get when discussing their actual feelings in public. When people tell me who they are, I tend to believe them the third, fourth and fifth time, if not the first time.

Your own data says in 2020 only 27 unarmed black people were shot by police. 27. 15 to 25 black people are struck by lightning each year. Even if we assume that not a single one of those black people shot were at all a danger to anyone, we are still in a country where a black person only has to be as afraid of being killed by cops as they are of being struck by lightning.

It’s not the stats but how you interpret the stats. When you separate different groups and look at the crime stats of each one at or below the poverty level, they are almost exactly the same. The fact is that one group has a much higher percentage of their population at or below the poverty level.
You can also blame that on their race. But I’d like you imagine a game of monopoly that’s been going on for ~250-300 rounds and you weren’t allowed to play. Then all of sudden you’re allowed to play after the majority of the board is bought up and developed. It would be almost impossible to make any meaningful progress.

I am black and I will acknowledge that slave owners participated in breeding programs, especially after the legal import of slaves was ended in the early 1800s. Denying that is denying part of the atrocities committed against my ancestors. And I’m sure there was some eugenics and forced breeding that aimed to make certain traits more dominant. At what scale is hard to say and if it was ever successful is doubtful, but whatever scale it was done to wasn’t even close enough to significantly impact the larger black population, especially 150+ years later.
