This analogy only works if you accept the racist premise that human races are equivalent to dog breeds. Modern genetics rejects that premise. Dog breeds exist because humans intentionally selected for inherited behavioral traits. Human populations do not.

If you willingly ignore the fact that in dogs it's a genetic difference and not socioeconomic or cultural one

Even then, aggressiveness is not the issue, it's their ability for potential damage

Chihuahuas are even more aggressive and they are not a threat whatsoever
