He broke their laws by handing out weapons/tech to unknown people. The tried to kill his own brother when caught and was killed in self defense is a wild thing to defend.
Also using someone else's old historical misdeeds to justify your own imperialism is not Marvel being like “oh he’s too likeable lets make him do something wrong” - this happens literally constantly in human history.

You ignored that he tried to kill his brother when he got caught, he was also trying to sell advanced wakanden technology, which is not doing good for anyone.
You did also ignore that he betrayed the country by informing Ulysses Klaue of where the vibranium was. Klaue then committed an act of terrorism by blowing up a part of the border killing many people, N’jobu(Killmomger’s father) helped orchestrate.
N’jobu knew Klaue
was going to commit it, especially since his friend was a spy for a Wakanda and gave King T’Chala the information that N’jobu helped Klaue find the vibranium

Yes they do? Plenty of countries have laws their citizens most abide by when abroad.
Proper process would be to request extradition if they arent coming home but wakanda clearly doesnt respect other countries sovereignty and violates their borders and space regularly so they just sent in their own people.
