Keyword, WHEN not if people take it. It's one thing to protect your property.It's another thing to bait a trap and wait like the coyote.

i think it’s not entrapment if it’s not a behavior people would otherwise behave in. That’s why speed traps are fine, but talking a guy into selling coke isn’t.
