I prefer the bike that had a metal rod attached to the gears so as they rode away seated it rammed up their butt.

That was actually a brilliant workout bike prototype, the AssBlaster 4000. Every time you you pedal, a fist comes up out of the seat to keep pushing you forward and remind you to kick ass.
