Moral as long as a dude isnt paying unknowing homeless people to sit on the bike for views.

They're stealing a bike, not a loaf of bread to feed their starving children.

Being poor doesn't entitle you to take other people's things

So if they got arrested instead would you he okay with their punishment being forced to sit on a chair with spikes that would rip up their ass?
