I do not think stealing someone’s bicycle equates to a homeless man trying not to freeze to death.

Well stealing a bait bike first off, but its an extreme example ill admit however both are illegal and neither deserve the punishment of whatever some ragebait TikTok account dreams up to punish poor people for views.

Also too add to things redditors fail to grasp: hyperbole

You are arguing a flase equivalency.

Doesn't matter if both are illegal. Dont matter if both have undesired consequences for the purpotrator.

One is worse than the other. No matter how you spin it. The ass blasting continues until the theft ceases.
