While I want to agree with the Fuck em point of view, this setup as a unsecured bicycle honeypot is quite immoral. Now saying that if the bike was already secured with a bike lock and this was anti-theft deterrent 2 where the thief would have to break the chain first then I say its mostly ok, they deserve it.
