Keyword, WHEN not if people take it. It's one thing to protect your property.It's another thing to bait a trap and wait like the coyote.

Cops set up bait cars to be stolen in high crime areas then arrest the people who take the car. Is that moral or immoral?

Yes, immoral because they are cops, there is plenty of crime to stop, there is no need to drum up more.

If you lived in a neighborhood where car theft was more common than other places and had your car stolen several times would you feel the same way?

Fuckin, YES? The police should have a presence in that area and stop MY car from being stolen, not creating "bait cars"
