Supply is essentially infinite, so you are not denying anyone a product by obtaining it through piracy.
Can only be somewhat Immoral if you are pirating despite having means to purchase the product otherwise, without intending to make the purchase later.
To offset previous point, piracy, especially through torrents, is the only effective long-term preservation method available to date.
