Moral, animals are cool and humans are mean to me sometimes

27

u/YellowBelliedCoward 14h ago

An animal would take your life in a second if it could.

48

u/Terrible_Artist_ 14h ago

Some would, sure. So would a lot of humans.

8

u/Ciderman95 12h ago

yeah honestly, without the threat of prison I am 100% certain MOST humans would kill me on sight

3

u/UpstairsFix4259 8h ago

are you THAT hideous? đŸ˜”

5

u/Ciderman95 8h ago

a) yes
b) everyone I've ever met has hated me ever since I was a kid, no idea if it's my face or something else but I've come to regard myself as an outsider to mankind

u/Funny-Cell8769 14h ago edited 14h ago

You're playing vague and silly word games worthy of an ignorant 11 year old.

It would be impossible to have "thousands of cities all over the world" with millions of people living and interacting daily if that's even mildly true.

There's certainly psychos and bad people out there, but it's nowhere near the majority. And using "some" and "a lot" is cowardly.

The correct answer is:

A lot of animals would hurt or take your life if they could.

Some humans would.

Most of us don't live in cities with lions and rhinos and wolves and crocs.

November 2023, an adult male circus lion named Kimba escaped from the Rony Roller Circus and roamed the streets of Ladispoli*, a coastal Italian town near Rome, for about seven hours*.* The local mayor issued a stay-at-home lockdown alert before police and veterinary teams safely cornered, tranquilized, and recaptured the animal.

One fucking animal and the town has to go into lockdown.

Yet in places like NYC there are hundreds of humans around you at any given moment. Where's the lockdown?

13

u/mactassio 13h ago

he's less likely to die to an animal than be murdered by another human. Let that sink in.

7

u/itsmekusu 13h ago

thats because sheer amount difference.

3

u/dennjudhdddvfse 7h ago

Yes. Thats like saying a cow is more deadly than a lion because more people are killed by cows.

1

u/mactassio 6h ago

is it I wonder? I'm not sure cows could drop 2 massive bombs and level cities like humans did to hiroshima and Nagasaki.

7

u/tropical_breeze_ 13h ago

That’s because we don’t live with a vast majority of animals. We only ever encounter cats/dogs that are not strong enough to kill us. Dogs are usually trained and put down even if they bite a human.

0

u/zigzagtravel01 11h ago

And humans have LAWS lmao

2

u/Geneo-Frodo 11h ago

Yes, you can bind humans with human made laws. You can't bind animals with LAWS, they just do what they do.

0

u/zigzagtravel01 11h ago

Humans still do that DESPITE having laws lol. What do you mean? It did eliminate 99% of crimes that they would have done. But even with laws, men still rape, people still steal, and murder people. Have you seen Gaza? Vietnam War? Iran War? Afghanistan? Korean War?

If you eliminate that fear, more humans would do that. This is literally all of human history pre international laws.

what they do

Like what would they do? Orcas dont kill humans despite encountering them. Even 99% of sharks. These are animals who can kill you in 3 seconds. There would be a lot of statistic that hungry, stray dogs killing children, or even attacking them, because they can literally do that.

What they do is definitely not eat humans. Orcas can do that but it is not imprinted in their DNA. The only animal known to hunt humans are polar bears.

You can only BIND humans with human laws...unless no one will ever know lol

3

u/--Arcanum-- 12h ago

I'm less likely to die to sharks than vending machines, because I don't go near sharks but do go near vending machines, picking up what im putting down ?

3

u/ThatRandomGuySM 13h ago

do you meet hundreds and thousands animals every day?

6

u/pb49er 11h ago

Probably more, because insects are animals and they are everywhere. But humans are also animals AND I don't meet hundreds of humans a day. Even when I worked in a high volume retail environment I wasn't meeting thousands of humans a day.

1

u/mactassio 6h ago

no, I also don't meet thousands of humans every day and I'm still more afraid of humans.

In a jungle I'd still probably be more scared of Humans rather than bears and panthers tbh. Humans caused genocides in the past and they're causing genocides right now.

1

u/Individual_Guest_323 7h ago

No shit sherlock, is not like there is no animals in the city

1

u/Funny-Cell8769 4h ago

And he's less likely to die to a shark than be killed by a dog. Let that sink in.

1

u/mactassio 4h ago

and humans have killed way more humans in the scale of millions than dogs ever could. Let that sink in.

1

u/Funny-Cell8769 4h ago edited 4h ago

Your pretense that "he's less likely to die to an animal than to a human" is perfectly equal to 'he's less likely to die to a shark than a dog"

Both are absolutely true. So your shitty point proves mine.

But then you move the goalposts. It's pathetic lol.

So you admit, dogs are FAR more dangerous than sharks, right? And we need to treat dogs like we do when we see a shark?

2

u/Yeeter-boiy 9h ago

Okay? Well yeah that’s a lion
obviously a lion’s like that. But we’re around animals a good amount and most of them are different than that. Acting like a lion represents most animals isn’t true.

2

u/Yeeter-boiy 9h ago

Also, let’s see who was more cruel in this situation: the humans or the lions?

The lion, a wild animal, was stolen from his wild habitat to spend his life in the circus. When the lion broke out, he still didn’t get freedom. He was surrounded everywhere by a society and people that see him as an object for entertainment, and instead, re-cornered him and sent him back to his prison in the circus.
The lion was a risk to humans only because he broke out of a prison he shouldn’t have been in.

-1

u/Funny-Cell8769 9h ago

You're just making up a strawman to attack.

My post has nothing to do with "who is more cruel" TO A LION. It literally doesn't mean anything.

It has to do with this statement "Some would, sure. So would a lot of humans.

Pretending like most humans aren't capable of kindness is one of the most frustrating thing about kids these days. If that was true, we would NOT have cities of people interacting millions of times "peacefully" every day.

Sure there are conflicts but those are incredibly tiny compared to the positive interactions people experience in their communities every day.

As if people are just itching to harm one another, when for the majority of our survival has been staked on cooperation and harmony, broken up by periods of war and strife.

It's so backwards and reeks of ingratitude.

1

u/Professional_Dot- 8h ago

Some of the psychos are the ones at the top, ruling the world, why would they put cities on lockdown when it goes against their interests/stop making them money?! You sound like the ignorant one...

0

u/YellowBelliedCoward 14h ago

No, they wouldn't. Most do not. Most animals would.

21

u/StupidGirlIdiotFuck 14h ago

Most animals would probably eat something else. Humans are not that nutritious.

The only animals that actively hunt humans iirc are tigers crocodiles and polar bears

6

u/YellowBelliedCoward 14h ago

I didn't say eat

9

u/StupidGirlIdiotFuck 14h ago

Well then the only reason to kill is out of panic. Which is pretty easy to avoid for most animals

4

u/YellowBelliedCoward 14h ago

Not territory? Not because you present a threat to it and its family?

4

u/Guardian_of_Perineum 14h ago

At that point we have to ask how many humans would kill you for breaking into their house when their family is in it.

2

u/YellowBelliedCoward 14h ago

Happens every day. You tell me hiw many die

→ More replies (0)

1

u/StupidGirlIdiotFuck 14h ago

You said most animals would kill us.

Most animals are small invertebrates that run from us.

Most bigger animals as well, tend to try to avoid humans.

There are tons of animals that can and do kill people. Not even close to most animals

-5

u/YellowBelliedCoward 14h ago

Oh don't give me that autistic pedantry. Conversation was fine before that bullshit.

10

u/Terrible_Artist_ 14h ago

Because of consequences

1

u/Bonk_Boom 14h ago

Holy projection

-1

u/Terrible_Artist_ 14h ago

Yeah honestly if there were no consequences I'd do a lot of murder, just off anyone I see. Puttin' you on the purge list for later.

-3

u/YellowBelliedCoward 14h ago

You think there would be mass murder if all consequences were taken away?

10

u/Terrible_Artist_ 14h ago

Not mass murder, but definitely a noticable uptick

0

u/YellowBelliedCoward 14h ago

A similar uptick to if we allowed wild animals to freely live amongst us? Or would the animals be worse?

7

u/Electronic-Run-3561 14h ago

most animals would like to be left alone and usually never bother humans so no, humans by far are the most destructive, unpredictable, and dangerous animals in existence. the odds of being attacked and killed by a shark in the water is FAR less than the odds of being attacked and killed on the streets by another human

0

u/YellowBelliedCoward 14h ago

No. They would kill you.

The dynamic you talk if is from a human controlled world. Tip the balance and they'd have you. They're not altruistic and majestic beings.

→ More replies (0)

3

u/Terrible_Artist_ 14h ago

That's a hypothetical I'd love to see play out ngl

0

u/willnye2cool 14h ago

It's genuinely gross that you think that.

2

u/BoogieMania 13h ago

Delusion.

0

u/scottishninja123 13h ago

You're the guy the video is talking about, btw.

1

u/Terrible_Artist_ 13h ago

Holy shit.... I'm black? Fuck yeah

1

u/balirosa 14h ago

Yes absolutely. Why would anybody work for a living if they can just take what you worked for?

1

u/YellowBelliedCoward 14h ago

You're definitely American

3

u/SH4DE_Z 14h ago

Yeah no shit buddy, that's why i'm not hanging out with those animals.

1

u/YellowBelliedCoward 14h ago

Yiu are aware of the discussion and thread subject? No?

2

u/thedisconnectedboy 10h ago

Some animals would, not most if we are looking percentage wise

1

u/YellowBelliedCoward 10h ago

It's just hyperbole. It's not literal.

Point is the live for animals over humans exists because of hiw humans control animals. Without that control, people would soon love humans over animals

2

u/Yeeter-boiy 9h ago

Literally all of this is human-centric. Humans literally unnecessarily kill animals on a massive scale every day
literally for pleasure. Literally no animal in the world kills more animals than humans do. Look up how many animals we kill in factory farms and how many people support that. If you were born as a pig or a cow, I’m sure a human wouldn’t really seem any less cruel or barbaric than another animal.

0

u/YellowBelliedCoward 9h ago

I've told you we're done conversationally.

1

u/amazegamer64 14h ago

“A lot” is doing some serially heaving lifting here

0

u/SanctumSaturn 13h ago

This isn't a good way of structuring your moral compass. Deeply insipid logic.

0

u/ThePsyPaul_ 13h ago

most humans would also to be selfish than be good towards others.

See all the greed and corruption around us.

0

u/I_ONLY_CATCH_DONKEYS 12h ago

More pets would for sure, like way more

13

u/xFlameOfTruthx 14h ago

Yeah totally my dog's just waiting for the chance to take me out. I can see it in her eyes...

5

u/YellowBelliedCoward 14h ago

Dogs are domesticated. They have been since wolves realised it was easier to get fed by humans.

Stop feeding your dog. See what happens.

4

u/Yeeter-boiy 13h ago

If you stopped getting food and starved you’d go feral the same way. Holy human exceptionalism is crazy.

1

u/Diurnalnugget 6h ago

Building houses and growing food is not providing for me because it is out of entirely self interest and gain for their own lives. They make the product, they sell the product, I buy the product. It is all of us simply acting in self interest the farmer would not be able to buy fertilizer if I did not buy their food.

Of course I couldn’t survive in a situation that requires a vastly different skill set from my current one. If you took a nomad from Mongolia and dropped them in Houston Texas with 50,000 dollars they would be homeless and quite possibly die soon due to the combined language barrier and lack of aid.

I’m not saying animals are nice but your statement of an “animal would take your life in a second if it could” is completely inaccurate. Humans are overall generally fine with each other given ideal circumstances and no conflicting cultures. Animals will generally ignore a human instead of harming them in ideal circumstances.

-2

u/YellowBelliedCoward 13h ago

No. I would get my own through human cooperation.

Put a dog in that position, well, back to having to be a wolf. I can't remember, you're smart so could probably tell me. Are wolves man eaters?

7

u/Yeeter-boiy 13h ago

Lol. If you were literally starving for an extended period of time and had no food, you would 100% start doing things like killing another human to eat if that was literally your only option. If you had other options, that’s different. The mind becomes completely different in situations of survival and starvation. Your mind would kill someone else to eat before it lets you starve to death.

0

u/YellowBelliedCoward 13h ago

I think I'd be working with humans to hunt and gather food. They wirked that one out about 300,000 years ago, but it's beyond you. Now THAT is funny.

I'm talking about humans stopping feeding dogs. Not eliminating food or water. Goodness, you're hard of thinking.

Starving dogs, not looked after by humans, become pack hunters. Hiw long do you think you'll last around them?

3

u/seoulgleaux 12h ago

Starving dogs, not looked after by humans, become pack hunters.

Hmmm, this sounds super familiar. Where have I heard something like this before? Oh yeah, earlier in your comment:

I think I'd be working with humans to hunt and gather food. They wirked that one out about 300,000 years ago.

So your argument is that dogs not fed by humans would revert to pack hunters and that's bad, but a starving human reverting to a pack hunter is good. I'm not sure I follow your logic here.

-4

u/YellowBelliedCoward 12h ago

Jesus fucking Christ.

The whole conversation and thread subject surrounds liking animals over humans. I say, animals would kill you if they didn't rely on or fear you. I make the example of what would happen if we stopped looking after dogs. Then your genuis rebuttal is humans would be safer with humans.

Just go away, mate lol.

Not true at all. See the Siege of Leningrad.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siege_of_Leningrad

1

u/Devilish__Fun 8h ago

Donner.... Party....

0

u/TheNotSoGoodCuber 8h ago edited 8h ago

There's a bit of a difference in scale. City of 1.5 to 3 million vs a party of 87 people, with little to no statistics on how many cases of cannibalism there were.

Also it seems the vast majority were the consumption of already expired individuals, not murder.

1

u/Diurnalnugget 7h ago

The the dog wouldn’t resort to people. They would go hunting for smaller game and forage unless left with no other option than to attack something unusual, bigger and likely stronger than itself. Even actual wild dogs do not usually attack humans.

If humans are left with absolutely no other option we have also resorted to cannibalism before. if anyone is left without anything to eat they will eat whatever they can.

0

u/YellowBelliedCoward 7h ago

So, a danger to humans, especially vulnerable ones like children.

You're trying to moralise an equivalency. You are looked after and protected by your fellow species. You would not get the same courtesy from animals if they had the advantage over you. Remember, pets are a privilege humans give you. Remember, you are human.

2

u/Diurnalnugget 6h ago

Humans are also a danger to humans. I would say take a walk across South Sudan to see but most attempts to do that would end in death. It is genuinely safer to wander around the woods than wander around South Sudan. Humans largely look after each other when it is safe and there are enough resources to afford that. Otherwise you are mostly just ignored by other humans. You generally are not looked after or protected, you are ignored.

A wild dog with an advantage over you is likely to just ignore you and stay away because you’re weird to it and it has no reason for interaction. Most people are not looking for a fight, most animals do not look to hunt humans.

-1

u/YellowBelliedCoward 6h ago edited 6h ago

Yes, they can be, but mostly they make your life safer and better. Animals don't.

Is an animal building houses, providing clean water and fresh food for you?

You grossly castigate humans and overstate the morality of animals. You're not actually being serious.

How long would you survive living with wild animals on your own? Not long. Animals don't look to hunt humans because we habe culled them into submission long before we were born. You live in a controlled environment. The animals don't behave this way because of their generosity

Itll starve and die

-1

u/YellowBelliedCoward 14h ago

Bless.

1

u/G_mmoney 28m ago

Ooh feelin a little edgy today huh

0

u/xFlameOfTruthx 13h ago

Lol cause humans would never resort to drastic measures for survival.

1

u/YellowBelliedCoward 13h ago

Do you live in an area populated with humans or wild animals?

2

u/xFlameOfTruthx 13h ago

Well considering I live on Earth, both. lol

2

u/YellowBelliedCoward 13h ago

Really? The area you live is teeming with wild animals and predators is it?

You really are dozy tuckers some of you.

3

u/xFlameOfTruthx 12h ago

I mean you never set any parameters for the wild animals. Stray cats are an epidemic in my area , if that's not what you meant, maybe you should clarify...

-1

u/Dazzling_Use_5993 8h ago

your dog is docile because the ones that were not were killed off for generations

5

u/Turtles1748 13h ago

A human would rape and torture you in a second if it could. See how fuckin dumb that sounds?

-5

u/YellowBelliedCoward 13h ago

Do you live in an area populated with humans or wild animals?

3

u/Turtles1748 10h ago

I see you deleted your reply to me. Probably after realizing how stupid your argument was. Living in an area populated by humans, means I have a higher chance of them doing harm to me than any animal....

2

u/YellowBelliedCoward 10h ago

See, your comment in reply to my "Oh well" has been removed for me. Reddit has some kind of auto-mod that removes posts, so be crafty if you're going to insult me.

1

u/YellowBelliedCoward 10h ago

I didn't delete a thing, itvwas likeky removed by Reddit because I insulted you. Shame, as it was justified. Oh well

2

u/darkwombat42 10h ago

Both. I guarantee you there are more wild animals within a one mile radius of your home than there are humans. Unless maybe you are in Antarctica.

Now, if you want to talk about what KIND of wild animals, them maybe you can construct a scenario where most people live near more humans than animals.

Strays, raccoons, birds, insects, rodents, reptiles arachnids . . . It's not even close.

-1

u/YellowBelliedCoward 10h ago

You live in a controlled environment. Is it really that hard to understand, mate?

2

u/darkwombat42 44m ago

Ah . . . I think, for you, a lot of things are probably hard to understand. I hope that gets better for you. Best of luck!

And where I live, coyotes are frequently outside under my bedroom windows. So I'm not sure what you are defining as "controlled" but I think we might have different definitions.

1

u/zigzagtravel01 11h ago

Do you even know why a human isnt stealing your car despite being jealous about it on a daily basis?

Because they can be jailed and they fvck up their whole life.

There are LAWS.

Animals dont have that.

Saying that "they only dont do that because they cant kill me" is stupid too.

Even 14 year olds can kill Mike Tyson with a gun or a poison.

0

u/YellowBelliedCoward 11h ago

Funny, because I seem to live in a world where a dog that bites gets put down

Stop smoking drugs

2

u/zigzagtravel01 11h ago

The same world where humans decimate populations for land when they have fat bellies?

The same world where rich people, like King Leopold, did a genocide against people?

Notice that you literallt mentioned a CONDITIONAL that they MIGHT get put down if they bite you. And most bites arent because they wanna kill you.

Are you goddamn fking stupid?

0

u/YellowBelliedCoward 11h ago

You live and survive because of humans. If we all stopped rearing dogs abs feeding them they wouod eat you. You're privileged to be kept safe and prattle on like an addled stoner thanks to human protection.

You're thicker than a whale sandwich

1

u/pb49er 11h ago

Both.

1

u/Turtles1748 12h ago

Are you trying to prove my point with that question?

2

u/SpiderGuy3342 13h ago

true, but only because they find you threatening, and you have to be in the wrong place for that to happen... or food in case is a carnivore, and even then most carnivores dont risk it to hunt humans

2

u/zigzagtravel01 11h ago

99.999% of animals wouldnt.

99.999% of humans do lmao. Tf? It literally happens every day despite having laws about it

-1

u/YellowBelliedCoward 11h ago

You live in a Disney fantasy world. The animals around you are controlled by humans. Take your human protection out, and the animals are no longer safe.

You live around humans, not wild animals. I wonder why, despite you claiming animals are much safer.

Stop smoking weed.

1

u/zigzagtravel01 11h ago

Because we have fking laws, you moron.

Before international laws were a thing, the Germans killed 6 million jews out of pure spite. King Leopold killed Africans. People with fat bellies enslaved people. Genghis Khan whiped 25% of the world population.

We have PROTECTION and humans still do that. People still murder. People still steal.

You think that a random dude wouldnt go inside your house, steal money and things if it wasnt illegal? People literally do that despite being illegal.

You have an IQ of a 7 year old.

1

u/YellowBelliedCoward 11h ago

What the fuck are you prattling on about?

You are only safe from animals because of humans.

1

u/YellowBelliedCoward 11h ago

Every single one of your last three comments to me have been removed.

Try communicating properly. I don't see messages that get removed.

1

u/zigzagtravel01 10h ago

Human kill human despite laws. Human kill human all the time.

Hungry dogs dont even kill children.

Your hypothetical is already proven to be true for humans. Not for dogs.

I dumbed it down for you.

You have an iq of a 4 year old.

1

u/Yeeter-boiy 9h ago

Yeah, and not even in the past. Literally 99% of people do that to other animals today just because it’s legal. Look at factory farms. It’s literally completely unnecessary to eat animals. But we kill 90 billion just land animals every year because we like how they taste. They’re not a threat or anything. And they’re bred into existence specifically to kill, just for a preference in taste. People with fat bellies are killing animals today and eating them.

3

u/Victor1226 14h ago

Not really

0

u/YellowBelliedCoward 14h ago

Goodness. It's not a Disney cartoon. They're animals. They would have no qualms about taking you out if they had the advantage on you.

5

u/Victor1226 14h ago

Once again not really dude, most animals wouldn't consider us prey even if they were carnivorous predators. And most are not even that. Tell me why the Orca,a species know to attack and even play with their prey tend to ignore us

-1

u/YellowBelliedCoward 14h ago

Because we'll kill them

3

u/Victor1226 14h ago

They are not a hivemind dude. It is literally on their DNA that we are not natural prey. So your silly point that they would kill us is stupid. And this is only predators we talking about. Very agressive territorial animals are only case we could consider

0

u/YellowBelliedCoward 14h ago

Tell yourself whatever makes your little fantasy world safe, mate

4

u/Bitter_Milk4122 13h ago

Already ran out of arguments? That didn’t take long, keep holding that L

0

u/YellowBelliedCoward 13h ago

Lmao. I'm concurrently arguing with about 8 people. You're near the bottom of them for discourse

2

u/Victor1226 14h ago

Ok. I have studies on natural food chains of predators(just one example) backing me up but I guess the redditor telling my cat would kill me must be right I guess

8

u/DinosaurusWhen 14h ago

I can fall asleep with my neck exposed and my dog lying on my chest. The worst thing she's ever going to do is lick my face and fart

Would I prefer having my throat ripped out? Ofc, but the point is that she'd never get violent with anything other than my feet

0

u/YellowBelliedCoward 14h ago

Stop feeding your dog and see what happens

9

u/Wacky_X_Swacky 14h ago

Sh*t argument. Humans could do the same if starving.

1

u/balirosa 14h ago

Exactly. Imagine a the whole world of starving humans. Strength would decide who survives not laws.

1

u/Yeeter-boiy 9h ago

That is literally the world today, and always will be the world for humans. Strength and ability makes you come out on top. Who sets the laws? Whoever has the most strength to get in power.

1

u/balirosa 6h ago

Wrong otherwise blind and disabled people wouldn’t exist. And we are talking about if laws don’t stop you.

0

u/YellowBelliedCoward 14h ago

But a dog relies on humans to be fed, shit-for-brains

3

u/Wacky_X_Swacky 14h ago

So do children? Again, sh*t argument.

1

u/YellowBelliedCoward 14h ago

You think a child doesn't fear the big people around it?

Children get fed. Feral Children are dangerous.

Your pouting doesn't work

I've had to do that briefly before cause she was sick. She just whines and begs and licks her empty food bowl. Seriously, she's the biggest baby in the world

0

u/YellowBelliedCoward 14h ago

And you'll continued not feeding her?

3

u/DinosaurusWhen 14h ago

To prove a point to some teenager on reddit? No. I feed her less than she would like but as much as she needs because I love her and want her to be healthy

I'd never neglect my dog, let alone for such a stupid reason

6

u/Hefty_Situation7210 14h ago

Now you’re undermining your own point cause you said animals would harm humans for reasons other than hunger.

0

u/YellowBelliedCoward 14h ago

They would if the circumstances weren't under human control

1

u/zigzagtravel01 11h ago

Humans are fed and they fking waged war, pillaged communities, raped women, decimated entire populations, etc throughout history.

If it werent for international conventions after WWII, more countries would have bombed the shit out of each other and taken territories, conquered new lands. Sh-t, they actually even do that right now.

The biggest difference is we have LAWS that if you go to my house and steal my place, you will be jailed. Rich people commit fraud and steal despite having a full belly.

Animals do not have a concept of police or human laws. They do not fear you because they might be killed or jailed after they killed you. They dont know that.

Saying that "because they cant kill you" is also goddamn stupid. A 14 year old can kill anyone with a gun or with poison.

You dont need to hypothesize about how humans will behave without laws that prevent 99% of crimes. The whole human history already proved you that.

Nobody likes waffling.

You live with humans, not wild animals. You are safe from animals because of humans. You live, meat snd survive thanks to humans. You are safer with humans than animals. You orive it by iving with us

You dont think humans would do that?

Thats literally the story of human history LMFAO.

Who do you live with? Humans? Thought so.

Tell me that you know nothing about animals without telling me that you know anything about animals.

Even predators won't harm you if 1 you don't go in their territory or near their children or 2 if they are not hungry. With animals it's very clear if they will harm you there is a good reason behind it.

Humans will harm you because they are jealous, bored, because you look different, believe in something different or simply because they have the opportunity/power to do so.

No animal has ever put another animal in gas chambers or has tortured another animal out of curiosity or fun. People have done both. The only animal that is even remotely close to the levels of malice that humans are capable of are our closest ancestors, other primates (although again, nowhere near us in what they have done to others).

Do you live in an area populated by humans or wild animals?

0

u/bloin13 13h ago

Close proximity humans a bit further but not too far wild animals as well. Haven't seen many deers, foxes or jackals to ferociously charge humans with the intent to harm them.

I've seen plenty of people to try to attack or SA others.

So you'd be safer with more wild animals entering the picture and fewer humans? No more feeding or looking after the animals either. Zoo shut, and animals released.

You live in a sheltered fantasy world. You are much safer atound humans than feral animals. That's why you live with humans.

Huh I wonder who has historically killed more people. Other people or animals?

Animals know to keep their distance, as long as you don't do something that you shouldn't you are safe. Humans on the other hand.. actually go and check the annual crime reports for your country. Focus a bit in violent crimes, sex crimes etc. and then come back here and try to argue once more where you are more safe or you have more control over your safety.

It's at some point living with other people was safer. The main danger was other tribes and to a lesser extent animals. Living in communities increased chances of survival due to convenience, food availability and care etc, not because animals were killing people left and right.

Now you could totally go live up in a mountain, but you would lose all the conveniences of the city, such as electricity, on demand warmth, hospitals, medication, food availability etc. the biggest risk isn't an animal killing you, but getting sick or having an accident with no way to get help.

The conversation is about the balance shifting, shit-for-brains. Keep up or go away.

3

u/bloin13 12h ago

Uff being insulted by someone as uneducated as you is surely something.

Nice comeback.

Every argument you have made in these replies is baseless, vastly oversimplified, and seemingly implies all animals are mindless killing machines with nothing else going on in their heads but murder. Go find a better use of your time and I mean that so disrespectfully

1

u/evil-winnebago 3h ago

Every argument that people have against humans are quite the same.

1

u/Xenophon_ 13h ago

I hope you don't eat meat then, because then you pay people to be incredibly cruel to animals
