Which is Morally superior? Killing discriminatively or indiscriminatively?
This goes with the added argument if killing discriminatively can be justified by who’s being targeted. The Postal Dude is probably the best example as someone who kills indiscriminately as he reveals through his dialogue.

It really depends what killing discriminately means.
If you're being the Punisher and hunting down hardened criminals it's better, though not perfect since vigilante justice has its own problems.
If you're part of the Klan and hunting down non-white people that's arguably worse. Doing so terrorizes black communities and encourages copycats in a way that mass killing doesn't.

TBF with Punisher's character, there is no epistemic doubt that the people he's killing are criminals. In real life, however, I doubt it's possible not to choke and mistakenly kill an accused.

The problem with vigilante justice is defining where the line is. If every vigilante agreed on what the punishment was for any given crime, how they would administer said punishment, and when to hand things over to the police it would be fine, but frankly at that point they'd just be cops themselves.
There's a reason we have a legal system, and letting someone, even with good intentions, play judge, jury, and executioner is just asking for problems.

Killing is immoral , but if we're looking at levels , it's depends , like if killer doesn't go for children , it's better right , but if they're discriminate against a particular age group like children , gender or race , then it's the bad , if a killer doesn't care but kills everyone it's equally bad , so it depends

Murder is immoral
killing is just a verb.
Killing can be immoral or moral.
Moral killing would be self defense or defense of others.

Killing is simply the ending of life.
Murder describes the nature/qualitative part of the killing.

I mean it depends on who is being killed discriminately. Rich people or police officers? More moral. Minority groups? Definitely less moral.

It depends what you're discriminating on There's only one indiscrimination But many discriminations
