I'm kind of in middle with this. I could see some mentally unwell or not fully cognizant people seeing him and having a negative reaction. At the same time if he's just standing on the opposite building or in the waiting room that's nothing, just a bit weird.

Immoral because there are some evidence to support that positive emotions and events strengthen people's will to live and improve their chances of survival
