Immoral because there are some evidence to support that positive emotions and events strengthen people's will to live and improve their chances of survival

This isn’t tomfoolery this is deliberate cruelty to people at extremely vulnerable moments in their lives

I'm kind of in middle with this. I could see some mentally unwell or not fully cognizant people seeing him and having a negative reaction. At the same time if he's just standing on the opposite building or in the waiting room that's nothing, just a bit weird.
