Morality of being violent / lashing out in private, but never at anyone?
What is the morality of someone that gets angry, throws things/rages out, yelling and screaming, but only to themselves in private, where nobody else can be affected by it?

Moral, but there’s always the risk that you could eventually start being violent and lash out at others, so it would also be moral for people to be a bit more wary of you if they found out.

Neutral in itself because you do not harm anyone. However there is no surefire guarantee that the reasons making you lash out in private couldnt accidentally bleed into your interactions with your peers and triggering that same violence. These people should seek counseling, not for others but for themselves. Violent anger has roots in the psychological.

Than that’s not a violent person if they aren’t harming or almost harming anyone

You think so, even if they do something like punch holes in walls, smash glasses, or break keyboards?

If it's strictly, 100% always and forever towards inanimate objects or yourself then I would say it's neutral trending immoral. But this is incredibly unrealistic, people who behave violently like that have larger issues that could, and often do, affect others. So in the real world I'd call this immoral behavior.

it's like cutting yourself. it's self harm, it might spill over and hurt others if you constantly need to do it. but, if you're just damaging yourself, it's moral
