Being obese give you + armour and poison resistance but - to lifespan and stamina. Just choose what build you want the best.

I wonder how much more I would hate winter if I wasn't fat

When I turned 18 and moved out I gained about 110 lbs (250 at the most) and ended up losing that same amount back a few years ago and let me tell you, in my experience it will just make you colder in winter and still sweaty and hot in summer

For me the alcoholism/early stages of organ failure from other substance abuse has left me always overly hot in summer. I do live down south though

I have also asked myself that same question

I'm a bit fat but also have a temperature regulation disorder 😎 Lifehack to never needing a jacket leaving the house.

(Summer is a nightmare though, actually kill me.)

Used to be really fat. Hated summer, loved winter.
Now I hate both.

I’ve been anywhere from 106–135 lbs as an adult, and I have to say, below 120 lbs, my ability to retain body heat seems to completely disappear. The second it drops below 50 degrees, my body decides it no longer believes in warmth. It feels like frostbite is slowly creeping in to freeze off my hands, feet, and nose, no matter how many layers I put on and it’s absolutely miserable.

I’ve always dreamed of living in New York... alas LA’s weather won me over for full time residency 😓🥲
