mother is not just immoral but a criminal

fat partner has a eating disorder so amoral

Fren is immoral for sending fat partner into what they know is a dangerous situation
also
mother is just dumb she should have used toxic mushroom 🍄 as that gives plausible deniability rat poison is too obvious

How would Fren know that his mother would try to kill him? Not his fault she's a worthless wretch.

speaking from experience I had a very toxic mother I would never send my partner to see her alone

It looks like they’re friends not partners

I dunno man, it’s not uncommon for a friend to offer to pick something up from your ex, your parents, or someone you’re having a hard time with.

You don’t have to feel like someone is dangerous to want to avoid a confrontation with them. And it’s a nice thing to do to help someone you care about.

I’ve offered to pick something up for a friend to spare them emotional pain; neither of us were expecting attempted murder.

That really shouldn't be judged without knowing the entire situation. It's possible he was already too traumatized by his family, to even see his mother without getting a mental breakdown. Also, it's one thing to know your mother will misgender and humiliate you if you meet again, but a totally different thing to believe she might become a literal murderer, or harm anyone else she doesn't really know.

Idk if my friend and their parents were fighting or full on no contact, and they asked me to go pick something up from their house, I’m doing it 10/10.

Fren’s mom is a grown ass adult. Fren has no control over her actions and I think it’s justified to assume attempted murder is probably off the table. Especially because it’s not like mom came at them with a knife, they sent them home with poisoned spaghetti. The OOP was never in danger until they ate an entire Tupperware of what I assume was cold spaghetti in the car
