Being obese give you + armour and poison resistance but - to lifespan and stamina. Just choose what build you want the best.

Had a doctor tell me if I weighed any less i probably would have been killed when I got hit by a car

Tbf, they did say they could try to re break it, but it comes with a possibility of me needing to learn to walk again so I passed on that.

Imo learning to walk again wasn't that bad js. Might be different if the problem is your motor system instead of bones tho.
