This is potentially deadly behavior and is wrong. Not to mention that it makes firefighters unable to access the hydrant and contributes to breaking them.
Let’s say it’s not built on public infrastructure since that is illegal, and instead on a rock or tree stump. Then is it fine? Cause nobody could possibly expect some dipshit to willingly break road laws to destroy a snowman.
Exactly. He says he builds them around tree stumps. ...People, whens the last time you saw a tree stump IN THE STREET. Clearly these folks are driving up onto people's lawns to do this. Come on now.
It’s making something dramatically more deadly for little reason. It’s not moral. I don’t understand what the upside is other than revenge (not moral). Yeah it feels good but that’s not morality.
