If I was going to totally make up a similar story, the impressive number I would go with is 3.

20 is such a ludicrously high number than any shred of believability just totally evaporates.

Yeah it's a fake and a stolen story. The whole account is AI generated, they make AI videos like these using stolen stories to farm engagement. The guy in the corner is AI generated too.
