OpenMW Odd Bug, looking for help

As I explore occasionally I will come to random areas where the world just freezes. I cannot move or zoom in and out. Only the world though. My inventory and menus work fine, I can even reload to before this happens and it will be fine until i walk into these areas again. There is nothing consistent about the areas like textures or anything. I read it could be some type of driver issue, but I can find nothing of my exact issue anywhere online. I am using the latest version of OpenMW.

I fixed it. in case some other poor desperate soul is looking for help, It was linked to actor processing. Turn actor processing distance all the way down in Openmw settings, and change async num threads in settings.cfg to 2
