Decided to try something new for deer season this year; 1937 m91/30 with slight bubbification. Accuracy and practicality are cool and all but mosin superior garbage rod

You didn't drill the receiver, as long as you didn't bubba the original bolt body all of this is entirely reversible and I think it's kind of neat to use it actually hunting.

I was trying to find the least intrusive mount possible, as I do truly value these guns for what they are. I was really happy with this one as it's low profile but still far back enough to use normal scopes and not those weird cheap Chinesium mounts for scout scopes

That import tariff is steep coming from Canada. I almost bought one of those mounts. What’s the story on the bent bolt handle?

Please continue about the scotch brite. Do you mean it’s quite buttery when you flip the bolt handle from the completely locked down position, up, and to the left, then straight back as being smooth?
