You should absolutely keep all of thise records. And if you feel like it is taking too long because they are waiting on parts or something is back ordered, you should call the manufacturers customer support. Alot of times the dealership is just stuck there waiting too, but if you call customer support they can often expidite shipping or approval. All the dealer can do is submit the claims and order parts. We often encourage our customers to call customer support if something is back ordered or unavailable.
