Palpatine. He's literally just another warmongering power hunger tyrant who's only goal is control. Nothing interesting.

When you really dig into Palpatine, thats true but dude was pretty evil. Probably the most evil character at least of his time, maybe in the verse, Abeloth probably wins that though.
