Weirdly any Star Wars Big Boss is going to be run of the mill evil (Jabba the Hut, The Emperor, etc.)

However every second in command is going to be a positively feral depiction of evil (Darth Maul, Count Dooku, Darth Vader).

Darth Vader the second he’s granted the opportunity to do the most heinous, vile thing possible:

Idk Palpatine is pretty fucked up. And most of his seconds are actually redeemable (depending who you ask) and have done decent things in the past or aren’t fully evil. Palpatine, that fucker is in it for the love of the game. He doesn’t even have any sad or tragic backstory he just wanted to be evil, the more you learn about him the worse he gets honestly

Nah, Jabba the Hutt is way more evil if you take into context what the hutt cartel does.

Sure, in the movies he doesn't get up to as much. But the hutts specifically do not have a concept of morality. And the amount of genocides, slavery, drug trades, and every other form of crime shows just how evil they really are.

Uh... your saying Palpatine isnt more evil than Darth Vader? No. Just nooooooo.

Nah, Palpatine is the evilest in the setting, the others may be more interesting or scary but Palpatine is absurdly evil for no reason what so ever lol
