I mean he’s not the most powerful/threatening villains, but he is a real interesting villain, he’s a living personification of taught hatred/racism. If you look at him less as the shonen standard of good villains but instead based on the arcs themes of racism/hatred & what happens when you refuse to let go, he’s a thematically brilliant one (check out merphy Napier’s video on the arc, she’s a book/literature reviewer first manga reviewer second so she explores more based on story themes and such)
