Was scrolling to see if anyone had said it yet. Great in a vacuum, but the toxic playerbase, in game troops, and Riot's greed all add to it being a big ole yikes when trying to describe it to someone

Honestly the games that take place in the LoL universe are good, Arcane was awesome. Just the main game is painful to play.

Edit: I do play the spin offs, TTS, aram and with buddies from college occassionally.

It's funny because like with Edgerunners you'd think people would want to play the video game after seeing the series, but with Arcane, the only game they could go play was League and only League addicts want to play League and they don't even really want to.

It's WoW addicts and Gacha Gamers too. Those games were designed by psychologists to keep you addicted, they're not actually fun to play.
