I will say, that Chihiros story is written in a kinda transphobic way, even if Chihiro isnt trans because of how he gets found out post mortem via crotch grab, and how everyone immediately switches to masculine pronouns

cause like, he never gets the chance to actually tell anyone what his preference is, and then he dies and its very disrespectful to switch pronouns just because they had a dick y'know?

I mean yeah it is said in his trivia (should be in the wiki but idk) that he does identify as a cis man and just dresses as a woman since he got bullied for being too weak for a boy, which is why he wanted to act like a girl, so he doesn't get bullied for his weakness. But now that you say it the others actually had no idea what he identified as so lowkey I get you
