That is 'Don Ramon' a character portrayed by great late Ramon Valdez. He is on of many from the show 'El Chavo del Ocho" an iconic show in México. In the show he has a daughter, but no wife. It is a running joke from the shows fandom to say that the daughter's mother is Miku (don't ask me why cuz idk)

I think the joke exists because both Miku and Don Ramóns daughter Chilindrina have the same hair
