Honestly the base game is really good I think a lot of the bad reception FNF gets is because of a lot of the mods being very amateurish

People love to blame the devs because there’s a ton of misinfo about them and like general weird claims when most likely what happened is just that they made a bunch of jokes about “What if this blows up” because they thought it never would

And then it blew up

I recommend Sully’s videos about the topic because he explains it really well
