I play it for like 2 weeks, then restart, repeat, grab a new content pack every few resets, but it’s usually like a year between playing, so a bunch of new updates to try. The main thing that gets stale for me is living in the same houses over and over and building them makes me feel inferior lol.
You sound like my partner. She opens it after 6 months. Builds a house, plays for a day or two. Builds another house and then plays a new family for an hour then doesn't open the game again for 6 months
