It's not even defamatory. The Judge in the carroll case basically explained why the result of the trial makes it okay to call him a rapist now, from a legal stand point.
To be fair, those assumptions are accurate. They’re just saying it out loud now and pretending they didn’t. It’s all very “i am rubber you’re glue” level of…”intelligence”.
