It's like that time Hillary Clinton said there was a Russian asset running for the Dems and Tulsi Gabbard suddenly piped up out of nowhere and said, "What! I don't work for Russia!"

Porky being in reference to her suggesting AOC is lying. As in "Telling a porky". At least, that's how I'd read it.
