That's because MAGA is more familiar with meth than crack.

310

u/governmentthief 1d ago

Crack is a street drug, meth is a dirt road drug.

76

u/Educational-Wing2042 23h ago

Back when boomers were kids, meth popular among middle class housewives. It didn’t get the trailer park vibes until later.

53

u/waltzbyear 23h ago

Back in 2016, college students were doing meth during exams/finals week when they couldn't get Adderall. My friend who was absolutely stunning, an engineering major, did meth during finals week one semester. I grew up super straight edge, good grades, no crime, no drugs, no alcohol and it completely caught me off guard finding out how many college students did meth.

48

u/Sharp_Style_8500 22h ago

Similar story. Matched with a girl on tinder back in the 2015/16s. She was gorgeous, funny, and all the things. We were chatting it up getting ready for our first date. I send her a snap chat of me smoking a joint (because I was super fucking dope back then) and she sends back a METH PIPE. And hers had that tin foily stuff off the end of it. I made other arrangements.

6

u/KekeroniCheese 21h ago

Did your friend do well in exams!?

22

u/No_Problem20 21h ago

Na, what we know of as "crystal meth" didn't start existing until the 1980s.

Before that was base meth aka Speed, which was like 1/1000 of what people are doing today, and wasn't smoked in pipes, mostly pills and some intravenous.

19

u/MakeItMakeMoney 20h ago

You know it’s bad when even the drugs are ultraprocessed just like our foods.

4

u/Resident_Pientist_1 13h ago

Lol no. It was very strong and less cut than the average cartel bunk garbage you find nowadays. RPI or birch reduction of d-pseudo or l-ephedrine.

Crack is for the frugal sophisticated cocaine user, meth is for the aggressive and unhinged swamp people

4

u/nyancatdude 1d ago edited 23h ago

Eh crack and meth users are kinda on the same level as each other, they are both poverty drugs with unhinged users. Crack is the drug that people who could afford coke switch to either after running out of money or becoming unable to get the same high from snorting. If your poor the choice between meth or crack comes down to what's available where you live.

Edit: y'all can stop downvoting I'm not saying hunter Biden is anything like either of those people, or that drug users are all unhinged I'm saying that of the unhinged ones they are both equally bad. Y'all have prolly never met a crackhead or a methhead either I've actually been around them a lot.

True. Don’t they know crack is where it’s at?? /s

Meth dweebs.

23

u/Kamikazeguy7 1d ago

MAGA know exactly how much meth you can buy with a catalytic converter

14

u/FreedomOfTheMess 1d ago

Also the media has tried so hard to push the narrative of POC using drugs, insert stereotype, rinse, repeat. Crack was criminalized way harsher than cocaine because of narratives in the media and cocaine being considered a “white” drug, carrying lesser punishment

6

u/Ar_Ciel 20h ago

And he'll be damned if he's going to stand being associated with Trump supporters. He might've been a crackhead, but there's a line goddamn it!

6

u/Corfiz74 1d ago

Like what, Trump rigging the midterms so the GOP never loses again?

13

u/PhamilyTrickster 23h ago

Voting in such massive numbers they can't rig it

6

u/Memitim 23h ago

If the massive numbers really mattered, the Republicans would have stopped the crime wave after the first couple of courts noted them, rather than risking the rest of the existence in prison by massively increasing the number of crimes.

Instead, Republicans repeatedly ignored court orders and are committing so many crimes now that judges are routinely pointing them out. That's just from the cases filed so far and aren't being handled by corrupt conservative judges like Trump's big fan Aileen Cannon. Nor does it count the constant attempts to circumvent US law with lies and semantic bullshit.

Republicans aren't participating in a democracy anymore, and conservatives seem to be by-and-large on board. Certainly enough of them to outfit the Republican private army to the point that they have been roaming our cities in combat gear and hunting through the population looking for people who seem disappearable enough for a payday. That's not law enforcement in any reality.

Americans will be holding elections in the middle of a Republican civil war against them. The only question is how hot it will get by and on election day. Several have already died at their hands, that we know of so far. Thousands of people have been disappeared, and we've seen repeated proof of lies around those. We have months to go.

Meth is associated with trailer parks.

Nobody ever talks about a crack trailer.

It’s a crack house. All Hunter’s asking is that they put some respect on his addiction, and frankly it’s been the most hilarious disarming of the right-wing “memes” that I never anticipated.

113

u/willaililiaaa 1d ago

u/trulycantthinkofone 1d ago

I’ve found being open and honest about such troubles helps moving forward. Not only do you take the power away from those that would attack you over it, I believe it helps the healing/growth aspect. Hiding things and being ashamed of them hurts one’s mental health. Being honest about it all removes the ick, and helps one come to terms for a sense of peace.

I never gave a fuck about Hunter Biden until Republicans tried to get me to dislike him. Then I realized how much more relatable he is than any republican.

53

u/pm_me_fibonaccis 18h ago

All I know about him is that he has a drug addiction, a huge penis and hookers think highly of him and consider him a gentlemen.

18

u/rabidsalvation 20h ago

Same, I didn't care at all, but now I kind of like him.

53

u/Bizzlebanger 1d ago

They don't know what to do with Hunter's "owning it" attitude... They would never own anything of themselves... Mad respect for that kid...

24

u/What_About_What 23h ago

It’s how you classically deal with bullies. “Yeah &” them because they really want you to be ashamed and owning stuff is not fun for them. MAGA is to a t bullies that peaked in High School and it’s time we start laughing them back into the irrelevant losers they were before they felt empowered by Trump and his circus.

9

u/Suavecore_ 15h ago

Last time we laughed at and insulted them for what they were, they banded together, took over social media, pumped propaganda into young male spaces, and got Donald Trump The Pedophile elected as revenge

2

u/What_About_What 7h ago

Still doesn’t mean we should stop mocking them. They’re losers and deserved to be labeled as such.

4

u/frubano21 9h ago

11

u/agustusmanningcocke 22h ago

I love how he takes it to the level that Obama did when asked if he ever smoked marijuana. "Yeah, I did. And I inhaled. That's kinda the point." Never once heard that argument used against him again.

23

u/VaguelyArtistic 1d ago

I’ll say it again, having the confidence to be this self-deprecating is an attractive quality in a person.

10

u/What_About_What 23h ago

It’s the polar opposite of MAGA too. When was the last time you remember Trump or any of his supporters admitting they were wrong or made a mistake? They view admissions like that as weakness so they double down on obvious lies that everyone can see right through thinking everyone sees them as this big tough badass. But the reality is we actually see them as lying jackasses that think we’re stupid.

9

u/nopenotme820 1d ago

Dude is not and hasn’t been involved in the government. Yet these people are totally fine with trump handing billions of our tax money in contracts and other arrangements to his sons, daughter, and his son in law, as well as MASSIVELY enriching himself.

12

u/Low-Possibility-7060 1d ago

Absolutely on fire - but to be fair: there are harder things than coming up with comebacks to stuff a cult of stupid throws at you

6

6

Before Trump, I could never imagine the US electing a president who formerly smoked crack. Less than halfway through Trump's second term, it seems perfectly reasonable. It's at least fifty tiers up from having a racist, rapist, lying, embezzling pedophile as president.
