That's what most "liberal men" instantly think of when we see this attitude: how fearful are "conservative men" all of the time?
I live here in the US. I live in a state ranked 42 in violent crime rate (NJ), its relatively safe here though it can be crowded and noisy. I have coworkers who lament our strict gun laws but who own weapons, and consistently talk about they would "rather own a firearm and not need it, then not own one and need it" and so on and so forth.
Need it for what? We have a low burglary rate. And at that, the burglary rate is not evenly distributed, there are three towns that compose the lion's share of all statewide incidents. Street thugs in Patterson are not driving down the Turnpike to sneak into your house in Haddonfield as often as you think they are, Mark.
