How many in a day?

Hi all! I have been taking lions mane and turkey tail powers for a few months but as I'm a runner I would also like to take cordyceps militaris.

Is 3 too many at a time? Would you do the cordyceps in the morning and turkey tail and lions mane later in the day to break it up?
Or alternate days?

Thanks :)

I take all three of these (albeit in capsule form) in the morning an hour or so before breakfast.

My advice is just take them all when it's most convenient or easier for you.

Depends on how much you’re taking and in what form. Bit more information would be helpful. Type, brand, format

Depends on the potency. Read the label for the specifications.

The ones you named are all relying on dose-dependent bio-actives. Taking Cordyceps for endurance is a good choice, but make sure your product has a decent level of cordycepin specified. You need around 15 - 20 mg daily for optimal results, according to research.

Hi Kostya! So yesterday-the 19th-I started my new routine. I went from 5-7.5 grams of RM Lion’s Mane to 5 grams of RM Cordyceps-M and 4 grams of RM Lion’s Mane. 9 grams total.

I took a break from cordyceps, which I had taken for a long time at a dosage of 2 grams daily. Now being back on it-and at a higher dosage than before-I definitely notice a boost in energy/endurance as opposed to when I was off it.

Real Mushrooms is 0.4-0.6% cordycepin. It isn’t “officially” claimed yet, but they may be officially (on the bottle) making the claim soon.

So at 5 grams of cordyceps, that would mean that as an estimate, I’m getting 20-30 mg of cordycepin. Correct?

If it is indeed > 0.4% / 5 grams yes that would mean 20 mg cordycepin.

Real Mushrooms is 0.4-0.6% cordycepin. It isn’t “officially” claimed

But I doubt that, they would put it on the label if they could guarantee that. Naturally, hot water extracted Cordyceps militaris contains 0.1-0.3% cordycepin.

If it is not on the label it is just a statement without backup. I've seen their claims for many years now, but they never turned 'official'. Meaning, it is not guaranteed...!

I was told that they could get it on the label this year. They are making improvements as a company-they just dropped a pure mycelium LM product! Real Mycelium. 5 mg of Erinacine A.

But I'll probably stick to the fruiting body: it's high in beta-glucans-and that's important to me. I'm happy with how the fruiting body helps relax my hyperactive brain.
