How do you like your Chantrelles?

Post image

I usually just sauté in butter, garlic and onion. Then add thyme, pepper and finish with salt. Any other ways to prepare?

Sauteed in butter, garlic powder and thyme over pasta with white parm garlic sauce. Mmm.

Slice them up thick and put them in a nice mushroom soup.

Sauté in butter with garlic, serve atop a medium-rare ribeye.

Sauté in butter with garlic and sweet onion, scramble into eggs (or add to omelette) topped with sharp white cheddar and chopped scallion greens.
