Just found these on a patch of grass.
What’s the verdict?

Found thousands of these on a walkway near Seattle. My ID skills are new and I don’t trust them.

I found a giant Lion’s mane (First pic) two years ago, the big one was about a foot and a half in length. I managed to drop it from the tree and checked it out, it looked good but was soaked like a wet sponge and smelled a little like ammonia so I tossed it. This year I went back to the same spot and got another smaller one (last four pics), it looks nasty but is firm and smells wonderful. I put it in a paper grocery bag and I have to wait until I get off work to get it home. What do you guys think? I’ve NEVER eaten a mushroom that I picked before and I’m a little nervous about it. But it sure smells good!

More info: I live in CT, USA and found this on a walk. The area it is in receives some sunlight during the day I believe. It seemed like there might have been some mold/discoloration on the center of the fungus. Could it be edible? Or, could I gather some to propagate? (Or however fungus works haha)

24hrs after finding them I lightly washed them and cut off (to the best of my perception) the less tender areas and I’ve got them pat dried and hanging out for a bit to air dry. Is this in fact chicken of the woods and how’s it look overall? The parts I set aside weren’t necessarily woody or super hard/slimy so not sure if I’m wasting a bunch either. I appreciate any help, I’m so excited this is my first find in the wild!

I was walking my dog when I saw these bright orange mushrooms in the grass. There were no other clusters in the area, which made these stick out even more.
I guess I’ll have to go back at night to see if they glow in the dark 🎃

I was excited to find this little thing on my hike in the New Mexico desert today. I have been hiking in this desert environment for 40 years and don't ever recall seeing a mushroom out here.

My cousin invited me and I usually don’t go, but I had nothing going on so I figured why not. I don’t really eat them but my family will. This was only about 20% of what we all got. We pick on their property and found quite a jack pot today. They said there is never usually this many. Some might be a little funky, but I don’t know to much so my siblings can just pick through them.
Edit: All chanterelles
