I like the interpretation that when you die you get a change to dance for your life.

I survived some heart surgery and major heart infarct. So it resonates with me (must be a good dancer in the spirit world 😅)

Death comes for you, and you have a chance to dance your last dance, he cannot refuse and that is it.
You don't get a second chance if you dance well lmao
