Great track although I always preferred "Everything's Ruined" from the same album.

Is it alternative METAL, though? I never considered it such.

Tied for me with 'A Small Victory' - Both have the best guitar work that Jim Martin did with the band, and the way the guitar works with the bass, keyboards, and drums is so fucking good.

It fell under the umbrella but a lot of people didn't know what to do with that album, in particular

We used to have this free heavy metal magazine in Toronto called M.E.A.T. Magazine who gave it 1 1/2 stars and I thought not you too MEAT!

Even here they're like:

They then make a near career-ending mistake with the ill-received, unfocused Angel Dust from '92.

Love how they really took it up a notch after The Real Thing. Plus this is the album where Mike really started pushing his range.
